Fair practice
Contracts, labour, and community relations are written to last, not to extract.
Established 2011

Manohara Holdings was founded in 2011 on fair practice and long-term sustainability. We invest in businesses that are under-served in the Nepalese market, then design the conditions for those businesses to reach their full potential — for owners, employees, clients, and the communities around them.
The group sits beside its companies rather than above them. Operating teams stay close to the work. The holding company provides capital, governance, and a shared standard of quality.
Contracts, labour, and community relations are written to last, not to extract.
Every company in the group is expected to become the best version of itself in its market.
We build here first, then place Nepali products and services in conversation with the world.

Message from the CEO
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
After twenty years of working in global economic culture, I chose to build in Nepal a multi-investment house that lifts more than a balance sheet. The work is to take businesses that have been missing from our economy, and to run them at a standard that can stand next to the world.
We want the people around these companies — staff, neighbours, suppliers, guests — to live better because the companies exist. Exploring other markets always left me with the same unfinished thought: Nepal’s products and character belong on a global stage, and they are still under-represented there.
That is the empire we are actually building. Not a copy of somewhere else — Nepali work, with a global reach.
